in my county in wisconsin if you have a flat tire on a back country road a cop pulls up and asks for ID? you ask what for? she gets pissed and says give me ID or your going to jail!!! check out what the school and health department and cops tried to do to amyiah cohoon in my county on you tube! why would he lie?? ummm just had 3 friends who got seat belt tickets during clicket or ticket and i know 100% they ALWAYS wear their seat belts. my 1 friend has it on dash cam he was wearing it since he left home and he is going to court to prove the cop is a LIAR!
