Community rallies around two elementary school teachers battling breast cancer

A fight with breast cancer has brought Odenville Elementary teachers Meg Lowry and Michelle Simmons closer as they learn the disease is “not your grandmother’s story anymore.” Along with the encouragement they have provided to each other, both Meg and Michelle say the community support from Odenville has been more than they could ever have imagined.
