Sleeping With Sirens in San Diego, 10/19/22

I saw Sleeping With Sirens at the Voodoo Room in House of Blues San Diego. It's the smallest venue they've played in a long time and I was so happy when this show was announced. The band took the stage and opened with If I'm James Dean, You're Audrey Hepburn. This surprised me since typically they start the encore with this one. They followed this with the even more energetic Kick Me. I was in a great spot to see Kellin and he looked my way several times. The band was on such a small stage and it felt no bigger than a classroom. They followed with Leave It All Behind and Talking to Myself. Kellin got the audience really excited with the chorus in Go Go Go. He sang the chorus to Better Off Dead in his tenor leggero voice before breaking into the song. Things got harder with Crosses off their new album, Complete Collapse. They did an acoustic set with With Ears to See, and Eyes to Hear, Roger Rabbit, and Iris. The band came back with another new song, Bloody Knuckles. The main set ended with Complete Collapse. They came back for the encore with Do It Now Remember It Later. And as is tradition, they finished with If You Can't Hang!

Such a wholesome performance! I saw them back in July at Worcester and I never forget that night! And tbh, Matty is just way too awesome on the drums! Kellin is also amazing live!

Just saw PTV, at soma in san siego. It was the biggest show ever in soma history, 3 night sold out completely. Surprised to see them playing in a bed room, I feel like they woulda also sold out at least 1 soma show
