I've been there! Try to focus on the most prominent parts you hear in the original recording. If you have synth, piano, and acoustic guitar at your church you could probably get away with not playing most of the chords and rhythm parts. Some of these songs have upwards of 4 or 5 guitar parts so it's definitely a challenge to distill it down to 1
