Nick Walker and the masters of the universe..👊🏻
The way your training is a good way to keep your body healthy and injury-free Nick you're the man
You're looking massive 👌 💪, they should be calling you Thick walker
Nick is soo humble .. I can’t even take him serious when he says his lower body is smaller then his upper body.. I get what they are saying about his sweep but the guys legs are fucking ridiculous and they are getting to the point they are just “nitpicking” with Nick because he has brought up all his weak areas and literally is getting to the point he has non
I love watching Nick, I love how he gives tips on his personal growth. I love watching how dedicated he is in the gym with his amazing tunnel vision and focus. I hope he gets the 2023 Mr Olympia 💪💯
From when he was still an amateur I have followed Nick. I take his advice to heart in regards to training. All the way to the Olynpia! Heavy and hard!
Nick is my idol.
Nick your passion for muscle is so pure and authentic! All The Best!
Nick is an unexpectedly nice guy. All his vids have a great vibe. Keep em coming!
Great video, Nick, as always!!!! Keep that intensity and motivation, and enjoy this Olympia Journey!!!!!
You gotten so good at talking to the camera !!! Thanks for the content makes my day !!!
The control you have on the positive and negative of these exercises is true bodybuilding… I can literally feel MY chest working just by watching how you do this. 😂 It’s some random monday today but stay hype for the O!
Great content. Thanks Nick
THANKS FOR THE TIPS NICK. VERY INFORMATIVE VIDEOS.
Great video and awesome info with the fatigue to recovery ratio especially the rep execution and r.i.r vs absolute failure...
I agree with your stances on deload. For example, if I deadlift and I hit a new personal record either with reps or weight and my body feels destroyed, I’ll just make a conscious decision to remove them completely from my routine for 1 week. I do feel like my body recovers a lot better by just removing it for a week compared to just doing a lighter version of my deadlift.
Congratulations to great sound!!! Took a while…
Dude , just watched your video and I train exactly the same way in regards of mind muscle connection and focusing on the execution. Great results, your improvements are impressive, you go and win this thing Nick
Another great video bro 👌🏻💪 keep them posting kid.
Great content as always! Appreciate the tips.
This new tech goes from southkorea
I love how the cameraman knew that there might be some men in here, not just for the workout but also for the beautiful scenery we get in the background 19:17 😂 😉

Good session today Nick, definitely looking good, keep pumping 💪💪💪
Great video. And great information. The last 6 push sessions no shoulders press. Would very much like to see the new technique (slow negative, pause, squeeze) on shoulders dumbbell press. Thanks again for the video very motivating.
The man, the myth, the legend

It's gotta be the safest way to train whitch ever way you look at it 💪💪💪

Pretty neat to see someone training more than one body part in a training session. That’s old school
Great knocker’s

THE WRATH OF THE MUTANT!
Awessome physiquue Nick Walker👌💪
deloads suck man, was pushing my body really hard for a long time then last week i took a deload week for my 4 training sessions and did every working weight -20% and 1 set less from each exercises and yesterday was my first normal day again and boom had pr´s on every movement i felt great and the pump was insane.
nobody wanna do less weight then normal when going to the gym but sometimes its nessecary i think going to the gym but train less intens is better then taking a full week off because youre still doing the movements and getting blood in the muscle
Liking the explanations bro he’ll yeh
Dear Nick Walker,
the easiest Way to get first or second Place at the O for you would be to become so good at Vacuum that you can pose it like a Classic Physique. If you can do all this stuff every Day multiple Times, drinking lots of Water after Waking etc, then you sure can muster the discipline for a little vacuum training. Do them before the first meal, breathing out, let your PT loosen up your transverse abdominis and you will see success in a week at most. Its the best counter to an increasing waistline there is for someone who has to eat that much, period.
Straight out the Slim shady book 😅
Kinda Heavy Duty style training...slow negative-pause-controlled rep....Mike Mentzer would be proud to Nick !!
Love the content nick, do one session with Dorian Yates…. That will be something
I noticed most bodybuiler have nice and humble personality, and small skinny dudes is the one loud and rude lol
Sharing my observation as a fan. Jay cutler does a sort of a "double stretch" at the bottom of every repetition. According to research, the stretch is more important than the contraction for muscle growth. Ironman pof training system was the first to break down this technique. The used a contracted position exercise to squeeze the muscle (leg extension). They used a midrance (squat) exercise to overload the muscle and see tretch position exercise (non lock hack squat) to stretch the muscle. Ur tips are great. Thank u. God bless.
God, ur arms are amazing!
From smart to finish.
Kudos
Vamos Nick. Sin duda eres un makina. Sigue así saludos desde Madrid 🇪🇸
It’s Nick “The Mutant” Walker😁
Got into bodybuilding because of you just wondering about the cut process your at 285 on stage at 245 40 pound difference just wondering how u cut 40 pounds and retain muscle thanks
We want Jared Collab man
He said he would be again after Jared is done dieting down and competing for the one competition that he is doing. So now it's on Jared to get back in there and train with him again after he gets done.
Watching your video everyday from Rajasthan India 🇮🇳 ❤🙏 and make a video on your Full day of eating
The reps in reserve kinda seems like it’s just for form saver you get maximum contractions vs failure you start to lose that connection some def can see the benefits
You will soon be Mr. O! No doubt about it....
Corect Vlog Olympea Nik
Andrew jacked and Nick Walker in top 2 for olymbia 👑💪
Slow motion 👍
Chest is the only muscle group you still need to develop to have a chance of winning at Mr.Olympia
“… the only thing Jared is yet to convince me on is de-loads… I’d rather just. Not. Come…”
Nick, I misunderstood that entirely. 😂
Sir now your triceps uffff ✌🤗
Nick we need a workout and arm wrestle video of you and Larry wheels! 😊

the incarnation of rich piana
My favori
Nick gonna be selling us RP apps soon
What you said about not going so hard on upper body and leading to bigger size as opposed to lower body, I'm curious what the effects on healing would be using muscle relaxants strategically in conjunction with the other cycles
Edit:I looked into it a bit, I think CBD oils would be the answer
further you do not want to use any anti inflammatory products if your goal is hypertrophy. There are many studies on painkillers reducing strength and size adaptation and more recently studies have come out on ice baths and cold plunges, showing how they cause decreases in strength and size adaptations. Inflammation is a necessary part of muscle building when utilized appropriately.
@sw-gz9ps that's what I found as well, but CBD oils overall I think would be worth it.
you're looking at a future 4-5 time hall-of-famer Olympian . ..
EVERYTHING DIGITAL DIGITAL!!
💪👍
It would be great for you and dorian yates to have a chat or even train together
🇺🇸💪🏼
First comment ❤ love you bro Nick
With you on the deload : better chill than go in and do f all 😅
the question in my mind now mr nick walker 😂 yeah i see you have the size and fullness but if you continue training like that you think that keep that size and make progress to be better this year ? and sorry for my bad English 😂❤
💪💪💪👍🔥🤘
Following the RP style model, you already get to do sets to complete failure once every 4, 5 or 6 weeks depending on how your training block is set out. The earlier weeks are like 3 RIR, but as you get to the end of the training block before deloading, the last week is supposed to be 0 RIR - so complete failure.
Also recent meta-analysis shows training to failure may be more important than the unnecessarily high volumes RP recommends
@@k-v-d1795Since you have a PHD like Dr Mike Israetel, please tell us the best way to train.
His forearms are just as big as Phil Heath’s.
