Use some 500 grip or a little lower wet sand paper, then move up to 800-1000 wetsand paper, on edge of the scuff use 1500-2000 then apply some resin on the area that was scuffed, afterwards let it dry and then use some 1500 on it to level it out and finish with a clear coat polish
