I was so happy to see you posted today. I can't believe a year has gone by so fast already, especially since another birthday is around the corner. I know it's a privilege to age, but another decade birthday is coming and I wonder how did it happen so fast. Anyway, so glad your all doing great. I also love the spring and summer months and the sunshine makes me feel better every time. I've seen videos where deer come up onto people's porches so beware your porch vegetable garden. I love that you had a conversation with Arnell like it's no big deal. I have to admit I absolutely love Journey and Steve Perry is king, but Arnell is the only singer to replace Steve that actually sounds like him. It's so cool that your so talented and working on your craft. I'm looking forward to the garden your building. Oh and thanks for reminding me about the dry brushing and getting summer skin ready.
I know!! Time is passing so fast, and it's so crazy!! The last 6 years have felt like a blur in a lot of ways!! I can't wait for summer days! I'm so much happier and vibrant haha..
Arnel is super sweet!! He gets a lot of heat for this gig, and a lot of people compare him to Steve Perry, but the truth is, Perry doesn't want to do the gig anymore, and Arnel is just doing his best, supporting his family, and trying to honor the legacy of the band! He's amazing and so sweet. He's not a diva at all. He's the most down to earth human ever! His vocal stamina, and stamina in general is INSANE! It's super inspiring!!

SAME!! I used to stay up super late and sleep in!! I love how the early morning feels! It's really magical! I especially love it deeper into the summer when its super warm and I can go outside and observe the garden! Can't wait!

I have the same thing ...i feel like during the winter I cant get myself up for the most part ,but when IT comes to early summer something feels magical ,I live in a place where we have 3 warmer months only 😭😭sometimes if were lucky we get 4...but for the most part its cold,breezy and lifeless 🤣morning rises have changed the game .Thank you for sharing,I always come back here ..its a safe place,its a calm place.Never stop recording Rachel 🥰

My Dads band has been opening for Journey, and Arnel is seriously the sweetest. He started following me and being really supportive of my music and my band.. so sweet
I also cook for my dogs and give them real food. Sometimes I don’t have the time, but I had started giving them a bit of farmers dog that you order online. They love it. I actually see a difference in one of my dogs. Only processed is not the greatest. I’m wondering if you mix real chicken or veggies with their food every once in a while. Since Byron is a chef, it would be amazing if he knows of any recipes for them! Please share if you do. I love your videos.❤❤❤
I've been wanting to try farmers dog. Yes, we give them dry food every morning to munch throughout the day, but we also give them chicken and veggies. I will post about it in my next nightime routine video.

You know, when I was feeling for your sad time losing your sister in law , never did I think months later I would lose mine at a young age and for a brain aneurysm. It has left us all with a heavy leaden grieving heart. My brother and his boys are incredibly lost and broken.

I had acid reflux did a raw diet then realized I was lactose intolerant and sensitive to gluten. Which was causing my reflux
I haven't been able to figure out what causes mine.. I'm afraid to go on a restrictive diet, because I already have a hard time maintaining weight.. =(

Hi Rachel, just curious....Since you have such a huge property, how are you able to monitor where the dogs go potty (i.e. to pick up after them or see how their bm was). Having a labradoodle with such a sensitive tummy, I sometimes wonder if we just monitor too much. :-)
Rachel, have you ever taken Betaine HCl and Apple cider vinegar for your reflux? You might be interested in Dr Eric Berg's info here on YT. The guy's amazing in how he explains different symptoms, root causes, and natural remedies.
