I’ve watched a few of these types of videos and always wondered why they did one room, usually the bedroom and then it was all outside work, but strange as in the U.K. we would do every room in the house first, but after watching, it then occurred to me that the garden can be used while the rest of the house is finished! Brilliant!! Wish we did it like that, the numbers of summers I’ve missed because I couldn’t use the garden! Plus fantastic work from such a young man.

All good. If the house has been abandoned for years, of course you will have dirt,dust, and rubbish left behind. As for the bed. The old one was temporary, while he sorted things out.,hence the new beds that came along later. Hats off to the guy. Only young, but look at what he has achieved. Thumbs up from me.😊
Not sure he is as young as you think, I know plenty of Chinese and they are slower than western people, I myself am part Mongolian and 61, most think I am in my late 40s and I am only 8 percent oriental

I find it interesting that they fix up the yard before making the house livable. However I am blown away by the skills these young people have when doing up the old houses. Excellent work!

I hope so, because all of the projects are fantastic but every time when it gets close to completion the video stops. Hopefully, I will get to see the final results of his renovation project. Everyone has electricity and water furnished to them by the council. He has to let them know he is moving in and will be working on the house. He has to be approved to get the house. Usually the previous owners left with the clothes on their backs and what they could carry. The extreme weather would cause the windows to break. He will be clearing outside to start gardening. The village elders are the local council and they will show up with materials and help. Mr. Wu will also be helping and I'm sure he has retirement.

Wow, no electric, no plumbing, no kitchen, brick floor over dirt, using what we call carpet underpadding for the floor. Wouldn't get me to live in a place like that.

You did wrong putting overlap corrugated roofing of dirty kitchen outside. It nust be start on the lower part to highest so that you wont do wrong overlapped
