The only reason he was able to Stat pad there at the end he started and monk was out otherwise he wouldn't have even gotten close monk lead the bench with just 72 games averaged more points and minutes and did it all with 0 starts. It's bullshit
He was very good last season and he even made the leap this year. I'm glad for him, since he had the aura of an unique and interesting player since college.

I'm a Golden State Warriors fan. I was hoping the Warriors tried to get Naz before he re-signed. He is exactly the player we need, in my opinion. That said, Malik Monk should've gotten SMOY. Monk was a much more impactful player and means more to the Kings than Naz means to the Wolves.
Winning the 6th man award is like winning MVP for bench players.
