All interested members, regardless of background and experience, are encouraged to apply and support the Association’s commitment to excellence in corporate governance. The following areas of knowledge and expertise, however, would be considered assets: 
Government and public affairs
Legal and regulatory
Investments
Risk management 
Nominations for election to the 2025 Board of Directors may still be made by submitting an Expression of Interest application by Monday, September 30th.
