I met Brad when he rode for Merritt, us meeting was actually super random. He was out cruising, I was out cruising and we just crossed paths. I didn’t bother him for long, I was like 16-17 at the time, but it always stuck with me. He was such a genuine person in just the 5mins we talked/met, encouraged me to never give up on riding and my dreams. Probably one of the best guys to ever ride but an even better human. Got a lot of love for Brad and I’m very happy to see him where he is now
As a rider still now in my 30's with a son and a family I really appreciate that adam took it back to one of his passions. We get older but shud never let our passions fade away. Passion is what makes life worth living.
Brad Simms is a beast! Hes already legendary in BMX.. And definitely will be leaving a legacy.. when he ever does leaves! These guys deserve so much more money than they get. So many injuries. And putting there life at risk just for a banger clip! And most of these injuries are life long! They sacrifice their bodies & life for these clips. General public that dont know BMX. Has no ideal how much pain it takes to get a banger clip. Alot of times it's worse than being amateur fighter ..fighting a MMA cage fight you get so beat up trying to push the envelope and get that perfect clip on a trick that nobody else has done! Congrats to Brad! Hes finally getting what he deserves..after years of hard riding 😊
Brad deserves everything he's brought into his life right now and much more to come. Anyone that knows his story and thinks differently is a hater. This guy is a true legend and I'm super happy for him and glad I had the chance to watch him through out his career. It was like having the chance to watch Jordan or Tyson. Same level no doubt.
So great, this is the reason brad is my favorite. Hearing a conversation between Adam and brad is iconic. Brad is a legend and I was shaking my head yes so much during this interview. My favorite interview a a couple years Adam. Thank you for this NJ.
I remember buying my series one in 2020 and seeing this guy on the cover for the catalog..looked him up and he is the most impressive rider i have ever seen
Loved this. Thank you Adam for getting Simms on. Tired of old heads saying money in BMX is selling out. "Keep BMX pure". Foh. Purity don't pay bills. Love to Brad and you Adam
I like when no jumper branches outside of the la hip-hop world and focuses on something else like hardcore or bmx/skating. Cheers to keeping shit fresh, Adam22.
Haha scaaaary, I just fucking looked thru clips om simms IG, Hop on UA-cam and this is at the top of My page 😂👌. Stay true Adam to your BMX Heritage and keep inteviewing riders and film clips of you riding pls!
Mountainbiking can be done at a respectable level for way longer. I have multiple riding buddies that are over 50 but still do well and still progress. I even used to ride with a 70 year old guy that still rode some pretty serious trails. Can’t see a 40+ rider do much more than cruise around a skatepark or set of trails, unless his initials are BF…
Brad Simms & BMX If u hade to guess U would think it's a white dude but no it's a black dude in my time I seen very few of any other race but a gang of white dudes in them sports no big deal good to see a different face winning a race lol
