    People need to just be quiet and give you the props you deserve for going out of your way to help the less fortunate. Happy holidays Q-fam ❤

    Being a trike driver or bar girl trying to help your family is way better than stealing or dealing drugs imho. Safety is always my concern for everyone. Maybe there is also the “hope” of meeting a rich foreign sponsor or husband from work.

    It's easy to give advice from the bright side of life.
    An example:
    Anyone who stops a diet because of “hunger” has never been really hungry.
    The point of view
    from John, a local, was really interesting.
    Thank you for the video.

    husband speaking. A little North of Seattle on highway 99 for about 7 to 10 blocks would be a working girls area. The news report the ladies have almost no clothes on to advertise. Because of the Defund the Police there are not enough officers to waste time on these ladies.

    I AM glad I AM part of Derek's UA-cam channel Family.
    One day Derek, we will meet. I have an idea 💡. We must talk face to face first. It's just that the distance between us is a two day trip. I AM on the Northern part of the main island, Delfin Albano, Isabela.
    I have certain tasks I must accomplish first, before contacting You.
    I know for a fact, You will like my idea. We just have to talk first to make it happen.
    By the way, Mexico, which I will never go to again. The girl's that wear the tallest high heels/stilettos, they are the working girls. Very sad and very dangerous to meet those kind in Mexico. Men usually get robbed or even worse, maimed or killed.

    There is always an easy way to make money and a hard one. These days there are also different options because of the internet to sell your soul.
    In the end its not a decision of education...its a decision you make by yourself. Do you want to sell you body or do you choose the hard way.

    • @qadventures

      I agree with your statement gor developed countries, Tom. But for underdeveloped countries, even the hard way is limited to a few. Even working a factory job, the salary doesn't support next day's expenses so workers can't even decide on taking a sick day when they are sick, let alone having a savings for the prospect of having a better tomorrow

      Yes there are a lot of jobs here but no one wants to work in these dead in jobs, pay is low and doesn’t increase. Most big companies won’t come here because of ownership issues and other things. Big companies don’t want to rent, it’s a cost that can change and effect their profits. Legal system doesn’t favor anyone, and koruption is out of control. Everyone has to get a cut and it includes everyone. So the Phil’s shoots itself in the foot because of these issues.

    Find out what a teacher in a public school makes, hell even a private school in the Philippines and you will see how low this country invest in their own people. It takes a guy from U.S. with a youtube channel to show the world the short comings of this beautiful country. If you think hard and deep about it, it's the culture that holding them back from moving forward into 2nd or even 1st World. Look at Singapore and the 1965 independence they received and really started moving forward in 1968 to today....1st world baby. Vietnam, a communist ran country will outpace the Philippines in the next 20 years if not already to show the huge flaw in how the Philippines is being governed by those corrupted officials in office. Great topic for bar side or dinner table discussion...crack on!

    They probably make more money than a call center worker, too. A lot of filipinas are doing "cam modeling" making more money than call centers. There can be a lot of money in the x industry if the girl is smart and attractive. In the USA you have transwomen easily making six figures a year "escorting" If the filipina is lucky she can even find a man who will give her an allowance and she will still work behind the guys back. Happens all over S.E. Asia.

    Those young ladies work there because of need, the question is those guys going there and they know they work there out of need.. how do they feel taking advantage of their situation? That is in my dictionary has a name.. exploitation..period.

    Derek, yes it is hard for many in life, but knowing from a very early age, its work hard, or starve, and look after the family, is bred into them, which makes them far better human beings in whole, than being bought up in a country whereby, they have social security benefits for everyone, if they want to work or not. Imagine the whole of Europe, USA-CANADA and Australia NOT having the benefit systems, you will see far less crime, and the countries would thrive as EVERYONE would be out hunting for work instead of out for themselves and doing crime, I much prefer a proper working class country than a benefits driven nation. And for the ladies that work in the bars etc, I say, if you have it flaunt it lol..
    BTW AI, oh dear, what's happened to your lovely dark hair..

    • @qadventures
      @qadventures  2 дні тому

      You are also correct. It's just my desire to find if there is a possibility of balance

  • @Jonathan-je9uh
    @Jonathan-je9uh 2 дні тому

    John, you mentioned the system being toxic, as the families have the kids to support them when they get older etc, I see your point of view, but then pls realize one important factor, your family ties my friend, if the children were not bought up with that frame of mind, and family values, most of the parents would starve to death, these things all boils down to the government of each country, supporting free education to the nation, all the way through to university, and a system whereby once you get to a certain age the government step up and support all the elders with or without a family.. It can get extremely deep. BUT here is one important factor also, if your government did what the west do, then the large call centers would not be set up in the Philippines, as they ONLY go to the countries whereby their is no social support in place and they take advantage of the low income. The world works on making sure half or more of the countries are under the breadline, so they have their slaves in place, extremely horrible to say, but its fact my friend, one last item here also, the Philippines islands are all made from volcanic eruptions, and thus, the Philippines hold the most natural rare earth minerals, and with still billions of tons available, however the corrupt officials just take for themselves and not put back for the country. If the government stopped all foreigners taking the mineral rights and exporting it all, and the Philippine government did all themselves, and traded all themselves, the Philippines would be one of the RICHEST nations on earth and the people would live like KINGS.. BUT we all know not in this lifetime it will not change 😓
