Hey can you tell me atm im back on lower carb diet nothing sweet im feel significant better on it. But skin still looks not good and belly still not really flat. Should i just continue be patient, just do this over month and candida overgrowth will get less? I feel digest wise and mental mood alot better on this lower carb diet.
