Br. Portuguese, Danish, English, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Malay, Portuguese, Putonghua, Romanian, Russian and Vietnamese are my favs, all perfect!
I am glad you like the romanian version,my language
I'm Brazilian and I couldn't agree more about Lara's voice haha nice video
I agree with your comments on Brazilian, Czech, English (Naomi brought us a very powerfull and strong Jasmine), French (she is indeed better in the pop version, she's not bad but she isn't a big favorite either), German (Julia has a very preety voice, but she lacks of emotions sometimes), Hindi (what an amazing voice, she is my favorite Hindi female voice no doubt), Hungarian (I understand you point of view, she doesn't bring anything new, and she's a bit screamy to me), Italian, Kazakh (what a good surprise here!), Korean (she has a very beautiful voice but somehow she's not that memorable), Polish (I understand your point of view, still she's a favorite of mine), Portuguese (she does remind me of Sara, never thought about it until I read your comment, but I think we've been having new portuguese voices since a while ;) ), Serbian, (can't wait to hear her with sound quality) and Vietnamese. One of my favorites versions is Bulgarian, but I am also waiting for the other songs to come out. I don't agree so much with what you said about Nikki, what lacks on her performance to me is power, but her voice is indeed beautiful, specially in a whole new world. I've been becoming less of a fan of Franka, as I always think she sounds a bit over the top, but she is ok. One of my less favorite favorites is Danish, she gives too much, but she does has similarites with Maria Lucia! I can't have a solid opinion on Dutch, Greek, Tamil, Telugu and Turkish, I can't tell yet if I like them or not due to the lack quality of sound. I actually like a lot Japanese version, but I see why she can be less likable for some. I don't love Norwegian singer that much (but she is my favorite nordic version this time), but she is a good fresh air after Anna, Elsa and Moana indeed. My biggest desagreement is Russian, beause I think she has one of the most impressive voices. * Love the way your comments were written, they're very clear and interesting :D
I'm curious to know, between Marsha, Amylea, Ayda, Juwita and Shila, how would you arrange them in order of your favorites? Secondly, have you heard the Malay speaking and singing voices for Wendy? If you haven't, I'll give you the links ua-cam.com/video/sGjT-Rh-GJs/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/aDhbo6pSmz0/v-deo.html (my favorite part). So, what do you think of them? Personally, I love them both because they are reminiscent of those vintage 50's/60's voices and Malay Wendy sounds so cute, adorable and sweet.
My opinion:
1- Shila
2- Marsha
3- Amylea
4- Ayda
5- Juwita
Who’s Ayda?
@@LaineMann Ayda Jebat as Moana as she sang "How Far I'll Go" in Malay version "Bawaku Berkelana".
CANDACE B ACEY I LIKE ALL OF THESE COMENTARIES AND THEY WILL LIKE THEM TOO
I'm so glad you liked Irina ^^
It looks like I am not the only one who thinks that Karui's version is just like the reincarnation of Maria Lucia's Elsa XD
No it’s not. Maria’s voice is way better
👍👍👍👍👍
I couldn't agree more with this commentary video. I think we have the same opinion on most of the voices.
If you didn't know there is also a Canadian French dub!
Quebec french voice of Jasmine is Hiba
Since there are SO many great voices there was no way I could rank them, so I just decided to make a commentary vid.
I will update once we get Hebrew and Ukrainian.
PLEASE don't be offended if I don't like your version, it's just my opinion! Please respect it!

Great to find someone that have the same opinion obout Greek, Hungarian and Polish voices...I thought I was the only one that felt like I was hearing the same voice XD Everyone seemed to love them...but, they are not bad choices imo...and, my country, Portugal, kinda does it too, Isabel Jacobetty, Sara Madeira and Teresa Queirós (and Cátia Moreira) all have a similar timbre, but the singing technique is different. I think only Ana Margarida Encarnação(Elsa) and Soraia Tavares(Nala 2019) don't have that kind of timbre. I agree with most of your opinions and almost every voice sounds great to me. Oh, btw, Teresa Queirós isn't really a "new" voice...she has been singing in Barbie dubbing for quite sometime...the only problem I have with her is how flat she sounds in some parts of the songs...

Totally agree with the comments of Brazilian, Croatian, Czech, English, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Romanian, Serbian, Swedish & Telugu! My biggest disagreements are Dutch (I really like her simple rendition, she kinda reminds me of Laura, their 1992 Jasmine), German (pretty meh imo unfortunately), Greek (Alexandra is night & day with every voice you mentioned, which also totally differ from each other as well, from timbre to vocal technique, but perspectives differ), Norwegian (not a fan of her aggressive take :/), Portuguese (Portugal is for me the country which is bringing the same type of voices lately and tbh, I'm not a fan, at all), Slovak (you mentioned the "negative" side, but I personally can't find that interesting in any meaning) & Vietnamese (she's surely haunting but pretty off the character imo, kinda sleepy even lol). A very interesting commentary nevertheless, let's hope we get the versions in HQ asap! And btw, Meshi has uploaded some extracts in her dubbing story folder of her IG profile ^^
I'm Swedish and agree with your opinion on the Swedish singer, it's like she's constantly out of tune in Speechless... :/
LMAO I COULDN'T BE MORE AGREE ABOUT THE HUNGARIAN SINGER xd
I agree with Alexandra sounding a bit alike to Sia and Marina (not Vassia tho), but it doesnt bother me at all, unlike hungarian case
Idk what's up with all the comparisons honestly? I don't think there are that many of them that actually sound strongly reminiscent of the heroines before them, French, Portuguese, Japanese, to some extent Flemish and the Nordic countries definitely, but not Greek, Polish or Czech for example. Korean has sth of it, but I think she feels it a lot. I also really love Russian, Croatian, Serbian, English, Latin Spanish and Hindi. Slovak and Flemish missed the mark for me though and again, I wish you wouldn't compare them all the time - there really are a lot that stand out!
I already have my top 7 :3
7. Vietnamese
6. English
5. Serbian and Croatian
4. Russian
3. Putonghua and Hindi
2. Romanian
1. Norwegian :)
Biggest letdown here I can see is Thai :( I think because of the language she sounds weird.
The controversial version here for me is German, sometimes she reminds me of Belle and she do sounds good, but she is quite forgettable to me :|
Romanian on 2nd place ? I am glad you like it. It is my language
