I really love Antony Reed. I didn't even believe in hypnotherapy. I used to work for a hypnotherapist that was a charlatan at best. But my general practitioner recommended these and they have been so helpful. I usually get extremely overwhelmed when faced with social situations or the daunting task of cleaning my house and now I just do it without thinking about it. I love how encouraging Antony is. He's like, "you're doing a great job, that's good" and I also like how he makes sure to tell you it's okay to go to sleep and it will still work. 10/10

Been working with my subconscious mind for 2 years but I sometimes still have a wobbly self concept and put too much value in being validated by others, which leads to me being deeply hurt if someone tells me something offensive and not being able to stand up foe myself. I am at that point where I really dont care about anyone anymore, I just want to do me and not care of what others think. It's pretty hard to think I will find people who value me entirely, with all aspects, but at least I want to really not care about this anymore.
I’ve been severely bullied for being a Sonic fan and then became consumed by hatred and became an internet troll. Getting into fights with nerds on the internet destroyed my love for nerdy stuff and now I feel so ashamed and alone, I’ve lost my passion. The worst part about it is that I’m ashamed of myself from transforming from a college scholar to an internet troll all because I wanted to protect this character’s honor who saved my childhood-self from abuse and neglect. I just can’t find the strength to forgive myself for all the horrible things I’ve said, I feel like such a failure at life and that I do nothing but push people away. I’ve thought of self-deletion multiple times but my fear of Hell has kept me from taking that route. I’m now on a spiritual journey to find out who I am and get my passion back through my vlogging series. This video really spoke to me, to anyone reading this, I hope you have a blessed day.❤
If you're not a super light sleeper and hearing the affirmations throughout the night don't mess with your sleep, then the longer version is better. If you ARE a light sleeper, then the shorter version may be better for you. You can try them both and see which works best for you.
Just had an epiphany of how deeply my need for validation is impacting my life. In every aspect it causes me so much anxiety and stress it has ruined dating for me and doing things that i want to do versus doing what looks good. It makes me so unhappy I don’t understand where this need for external validation roots from nor do I understand how to let go of my need for it. But I can see that this is a huge part of what is making life seem so much harder for me
Since I get so many requests for sessions, I had to limit requests to channel members only. Channel members also get to vote on which sessions I create in the future. I hope you consider becoming a member. That sounds like a great session. 👍
It's not really something you can average. People are all different. Some are more or less resistant or open to suggestion than others. The more you just give in and let go the better. This can show results next day, next week, or next month. I know that's anything but a specific answer, but that's the best answer I've got. 🙏
Anthony’s sessions are very sensitive I understand what you mean I was very startled by any thing out of place hearing a voice when you have drifted and wake can be alarming if you have trauma but he definitely one of the softer, sensitive and gentle hypnotherapist tru listen when full awake durning the day and dssensitise to it try that for a while and you will feel safer at a more vulnerable time at night alone. But I know if your sensitive he will be one of the best to listen to..Hope this helps thanks Anthony for your help ❤
