Yes, Tashigi itself is a cost reducer. My opponent didn't activate his Black Hole during his turn before I slammed Tashigi on my 6 Don turn.

Hmm I think nope. Brook has two effects in one body. Cost reducer and KO ability. Literally a mini 10 cost Kuzan. Brook is one of the best card in the deck beside Tashigi haha.

@@RyanKai4life How often does Stussy come up? I rarely see her in a Smoker Deck. What's the goal with her? Popping blockers and strong bodies?
And what do you tribute for her effect normally? Weak bodies like Sengoku and Brannew?

Smoker is really good against bb because of tashigi

Hmmm.. I would say yes for 50/50 into Blackbeard. Running a bunch of low cost characters does give you a lot of advantages, but the biggest impact were Tashigi and Ice Age.
