@@Humanity837 it was very unprofessional and not fair on Mr X on many levels but to say that sanjay is a guy with 'that' attitude all the time is taking it a bit far. You can't blame him for expecting a certain level of competency from a person whom he has hired to fill a role but even as a employer there are boundaries one must keep in mind when you point out your employees' mistakes to keep them on their toes. He certainly crossed one of those boundaries in this case which I am sure he will reflect on after reading all these comments.

While, I am against any sort of workplace harassment, I wouldn't be quick to judge Sanjay's character as I wouldn't possibly know the nature of Sanjay's relationship with Mr. X. I am not trying to be apologist for Sanjay's purpoted behavior, but I reckon that's something to consider. But that shouldn't take away from the good conversation he had with Lochan Rijal. I try to listen to all of Lochan Rijal's conversations I find on the internet as I believe we all have so much to learn from this man. As a fellow Nepali and a music lover and a Dipendra Police School alumnus, I am proud of Dr. Rijal. Lochan Rijal and his team have done a wonderful job of researching and archiving contemporary and even lost traditions of Nepali music. He keeps emphasizing on the podcast how we need to conduct more research and analysis in order to promote Nepali music. I listened to the podcast with Kiran Nepali, too and that was a great one, too. I remember he said how we need to make our instruments modern and playable in order to preserve and promote them. Lochan Rijal said the same thing about preserving and promoting the instruments. They have to be played and played well and not treated as museum specimens. It was a good conversation and thank you Sanjay for providing us with this opportunity. Keep going!!! Listening towards Pronunciation of the foreign person´s name is not easy to spell correctly. Even Nepali surnames are written differently: Poudel, Poudyal, Paudel, Rajbhandary, Rajbhandari.
