Good design elements. i think though that a half bathroom downstairs preferably next to start of the stairs. That way visitors don't use guest or family bathroom. its a matter of privacy, Also for anyone watching TV upstairs if you are not sleeping over you need a toilet that isn't in someones bedroom

👁👄👁 I LOVED IT!!!! Every single detail is just PERFECTION!!!! I liked the bathrooms the most because they had only showers and plain floor not bathtubs which are dangerous for the elderly to get in and out and hard to clean. But THIS design is so far my favorite 💖.

Thanks so much for this design. It is gorgeous! I will modify it for an8x20m lot. I was looking for this floor plan with 2 bedroom on the second floor which each will become primary suites. The middle sitting room will become some sort of outdoor covered terrace . I just love how you bring light into every room.
