Try not to wear black if you are going to walk outside. It traps the heat and you will become hotter.

Hi people! Thank you for posting about my country!
There are some really good tips here from locals, some maybe I can summarise a few
    a) just wear shorts and a t shirt with comfortable shoes, we don't care, nobody does, unless you plan to go to some fancy restaurants or a club (fancy stuff) thats fine, most pubs, bars are cool with it too
    b) great move on trying the local cuisine at food centres/hawkers - that's where we eat.
    c) our half boiled eggs are runny but delish do try it - do try our local coffee and kaya toast as well
    d) a long ride on a bus (especially on a double decker bus on top and in front) is a great and cheap way to check things out
    e) you can wear flip flops to non fancy places
    f) do check out east coast beach (cool basic beach) where you can have a long walk, enjoy some food, rent bicycles and swim the waters are warm.
cheerio if you need tips do ask!

Hot and humid whole year round. Now is raining season cooler. Have an umbrella in your bagpack will be a good idea.

Should seriously consider migrating to SG. Best of east and west culture. Not too democratic, not too conservative.

Thanks for coming to Singapore! 🎉😊
Please visit these other few places:
Singapore Zoo, or River Safari or Night safari (at Mandai and they are next to each other).
Or eat Chinese steamboat cuisine at any Hai Di Lao, eat Prata at Arab street, eat at Ya Kun or Toast Box for their kaya butter bread toast/ have coffee or milk tea
Or walk the streets of Chinatown, the city malls in Orchard road,
Or have your hair and nails done!💅🤗
