Oh my goodness! You can cook anything fruit-related with any of the DeKuyper fruit-flavored schnapps. All ice cream bases can be improved with a small shot of spirits. Finally, something to do with that mint-flavored vodka! Put it in mint chip ice cream! I regularly use Laird's Applejack in all my pie dough in place of some of the ice water. You can make Cherries Jubilee with booze. Any food that you like can be flambéed. I lit my husband's birthday cherry pie on fire with warmed vodka instead of giving him a cake with birthday candles. Practice on a piece of toast on a plate first before doing any flaming in front of guests. Do not lean over the flames if you value your eyelashes, your eyebrows and the front of your hair. Ask me how I know that! I use white vermouth in almost all of my sautees and gravies.
We used to get shots of vodka and a spicey tomato broth with fresh oysters in them. Not exactly what you are talking about, but oysters in a shot of vodka with hotsauce and tomato sauce is fantastic.
