Hi Joshua, under the UK-Turkey trade agreement, preferential trade tariff rates still apply. As long as the clothes meet with the rules of origin, they can be imported into the UK Duty free.

Hi Joshua, Not sure that I understand what you mean by Turkish local taxes. Can you please explain further? Your Turkish export costs, transport costs and UK custom costs are either paid by you in UK or by the seller in Turkey depending on the Incoterm 2020 used in the contract.

In except from that you have to pay 8% extra local taxes (it's for clothing) per one piece and you will have an expense about 100$ also per one exporting operations. If so, make sure you have the practical knowledge needed to export from the UK to Turkey. Hi Jimmy, if it's a pallet with goods on it, it all depends on how fast they are needed in the UK. You have three methods to ship, sea, air and truck. If it's by sea it's "LCL", Less than a container load. I would advise you to get a quote from all three carriers. Hope this helps.
