Replace the crit rate piece with a crit damage piece like 10+ crit rate sub stat and you get like 80/290 ratio which is way better. The 100 crit rate is just so satisfying

That's where Itto's constellations come in. His C2 lowers the ER requirement drastically (allow 2 E per Q and directly restore energy upon activating Q) This artifact build is damn good for Itto C2 and above, but below C2? That's one crippled oni waiting forever for his 2nd rotation.

For C6 105-110% ER even without Exiles is more than enough as you can rely on your dmg to either not burst or get energy back entirely from mob drops.
fav gorou, fav zhongli, and albedo with have his burst back with only 100% er. now with c2 it's definitely guaranteed.
