Other towers like utc cost way more than him making them cost 1 dmg pet 10 or more cash,BUT FRED HERE COSTS 1 DMG PER 3 CASH EHICH IS REALLY USEFUL (just imagine him with max cost range firerate dmg and stuff it would make it 1 dmg per 2 or 2.4 cash making him EXTREMLY useful with high dps but really cheap cost
