Its heartwarming to know that there are parties who are exploring the ways of unifying us as Africans. Thank you Mam and thank you Sir for laying a Foundation. I will always trust a person who apologizes even when they have done no wrong. It displays a Spirit of fairness and forward motion. Some of you put your lives on the line in order to save future generations so it is in this regard that anyone who doesn't concur remains envious. We can see the bigger picture.
This content is very educational and I believe our so called main stream media should start broadcasting these kinds of engagement and content to allow our Bantu community to learn what we lost as a people ❤

Maybe that's where we need to acknowledge our wisdom, strengths and differences and we alow ourselves to complement one another instead of finding faults as our gifts are different and we are only human and we have our weaknesses as humans.

I thought I was weird for thinking about all round healing that includes all knowledge systems not just one
Prophets, seers, writers, and scholars all foresaw how collectively human beings will degenerate. What we are going through is just nature as much as it is bad. So, it's much more likely for me to form a community with people from different races if we share the same ideology than for me to unite with my brothers just because we share the same skin colour, birthplace, name, or history etc. Those variables have never built a strong community, but ideologies have. Black unity will forever be a myth we chase. "A prophet is without honor in his hometown!"

I personally think depression is not anxiety because depression is a suppression you receive from not being in control(none acceptance of circumstances) but anxiety is an experience when you are feeling a certain way but cannot explain what's happening therefore its defined as fearing the unknown but in reality anxiety it's something happening but you can't explain it to the next person

I was diagnosed with MDD(Major Depressive Disorder) last year Dec.When i look back I've been suicidal since i was 12,the thoughts come and go but i try to fight them all the time.I wonder if it's spiritual or just physical.
