It's hard, I animate on flipaclip daily and not even I can make something as good as this, but I can do things close to it.
KoolSeelz. You just need time, commitment, and lots of hours. It doesnnt matter if you use it daily if you don’t finish a project you chould also learn using UA-cam videos how to animate better and smoother. Anyhow hope I helped
