Hey, so not all browsers have fully featured dev tools. If you are hacking it's recommended to either use firefox or chrome. Other browsers are better just for browsing.

How are you able to right click and then "edit + resend" I can't find how to do that, using Brave browser if that helps

This is simply the dev tools in firefox. Press CTRL + Shift + i in firefox to open. The lab itself is provided by burp suite, it's free for anyone.
