🚨 WARNING: A popular joint pain medication may be killing pets.
Librela (dogs) and Solensia (cats) are two popular joint pain injections developed by animal pharmaceutical giant Zoetis.
Over the past few months, regulatory bodies in the US and Europe have received a surge of complaints from pet parents with serious symptoms such as:
Kidney disease 🩸
Increased pain 😿
And Death 🪦
Being reported. Strangely, Zoetis claims that only 1% of dogs experience any side effects, but this issue seems quite widespread.
The biggest problem though? Research is not being conducted properly for our pets.
They deserve the same attention to detail and concern that we give to human trials.
