Engraver and Cutter. NEJE brand new master 2s series motherboard’s hardware performance; 2s series motherboard will update the GRBL 1.1f of ATMELs chip to brand new GD32 MCU. Which has improved 50% performance compare with STM32 chip.There is a G-sensor on the motherboard, if the machine detects unauthorized movement, the laser beam will stop.4mm plywood cutting in 1 pass with air-assist, and the cutting is very clean. Pre-assembled parts, it just has to install 4 screws, need 1 minute to install the machine.

Great video. I have the neje laser master 2 and love it. But how do you get it to cut around the outside or follow lines? I can only get it to print the images or engrave them from top to bottom?

Hello there! I love this video, extremely informative. Even convinced me that NEJE Master 2S 20W is the laser for starting my tiny business! However, I noticed (after purchasing) that in your description you mention 20W and 5.5W optical out. The only version I found (which now no longer exists on their website) is 20W and 2.5W optical out! So my anodized aluminium and aluminium alloy cards do not come out NEARLY as clean as yours!
Do you think this was in error or is your description inaccurate?

I have the same laser. Good idea and implementation of air assist. can you please share a layout of this upgrade? what was laser power for cutting playwood?
I always used 100% power to cut plywood.

Can you give link your test projekt ? I have neje 30W (7,5 optical power) i have problem with cut plywood 3mm... Focus i have good i tested it. I use 100mm/min (100% power) where you have 5.5 optical power also one pass + 4mm it is strange for me ..
What type of plywood do you use? I use poplar plywood, it's good for laser cutting and I always use an air assistant. Birch plywood is hard and difficult to cut.
