Back then it wasn't entirely about the money bro. In the early 2000's the ease of internet poker finding its way into young adults\teens lives, along with the excitement\entertainment value we got from it was something that had never been experienced before in the history of mankind. It was truly fascinating

I saw him too, he's not wearing pokerstars gear, but you can't miss him. on the front of his shirt, it says "You gotta watch?" and on the back it says "Cuz, thats what time it is."

As Negreanu pointed out on his commentary it was actually the nuts based on how the hand played out. There was zero chance that the hand that was the "technical nuts" by the river was what he was holding.
James Moran if someone had 5,3 he would have lost,he did not have the nuts. also he said it at the flop and hoped someone had a pair of jacks, with that table on the flop (given his hope for someone having a pair of jacks)there would still be a four of a kind possibility,he was nowhere near the nuts and a 100% win ratio at that stage, and if truth be told he never did have the nuts after all cards were drawn.
If you look at the beginning of this video, you can see loosefer was sitting to the right of Jumpin' Jim Moran (there are vids of loosefer playing Durrrr and Aussie Joe Hachem here on YT).
Soooo,…..we just saw “You can’t kill David Arquette” about the most controversial pro wrestling moment. 10 years later he comes back and redeems himself. Along those lines I will play event #61 this year, the Deep Stack one. If you want to pop by, I have no problem. Even the comments that were the meanest I have enjoyed.
Dude didn't even finish in the money... finished 97 out of 508. -- look up fedor1 and his $640 buy in tournament on 4/14/08 at 12:55 AM. Funny that he's cashed only once ($0.71) out of 29 tournaments.
He cashed in the Main Event this year. $37.5k: The 2024 WSOP Main Event - Defeating legends at the World Series of Poker ua-cam.com/video/l2OLQb9-0gs/v-deo.html
if you notice, this guy fails. When he's playing you can see his name is 'Frdor1' or something like that, and then when hes all in in that 3 way pop, he gets eliminated for a moment even the message box pops up telling him hes been eliminated. And then the camera zooms up on some random ass user, not him. So wtf is this about seriously?
I'm not sure what's the biggest fail of this whole video. The minraise with top set, getting excited about doubling up at 15/30 blinds or shouting cards at your monitor.
this was not playchips...his timebank was way too long. Pretty sure it was a $650 sat to the WSOP and he ended up getting 90 something with 43 seats won.
i love playing guys like this...they think they know everything and the rest of us are missing things they see...like how to trap people and playing rags when faced with a min raise lol
What is it about donk psychology that makes them all independently come to the conclusion that c/c flop, min-c/r turn is the trickiest possible line with the nuts?
I stole 2 poker books in my life and i never read them lol. One was the poker mindset. I believe stealing the poker mindset is the only way to truly have that poker mindset lol
p.s. I've done every bit of that.... only I've done it during live action... "I WORKED YOU, I WORKED YOU, I WORKED YOU! THOUGHT I WAS BEING A WUSS THE WHOLE TIME BUT I HAD THE NUTS THE WHOLE TIME...."
'I'm requesting time like i have to think about it'
This guy is a genius!
Hope he wins the twenty two dollar first prize

i like that he's a Fedor fan...
Anyone knows which buyin and prizemoney it was in this tournament?
for the 58 hand he was sitting in 9 oclock position, same screen name fedor1.

He then proceeded to lose all of his father's earnings and destroy both of their carriers because he liked to play 58 in the big blind
