I'd like to get an LED headlight, but I don't want a pack of 4 that you have linked. Is there a cheap option that comes with one? How do you know what will work on the bike?
So I just bought a 2008 wr 250X and I’m wondering about that emissions block plate what is it called and does amazon sell it? I want to do that to my bike and do you have to tune it when you take the emission stuff if and plate block it? And what tuner would go great on these bikes? I’m new to the moto world!any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
That's a sweet bike don't see very many around. The bikes Should be the same and if you look in the description there is a link for the AIS block off plate and the Exup eliminator both used if you put on aftermarket exhaust. Saves some weight and eliminates exhaust popping. EJK tuner is the most reasonable option that would work. Enjoy the Bike and Be safe out there. Went from D606 to Tusk Dual sports and unfortunately the bike had a misshap in a deep water crossing and the engine went south. He's running Motoz Rallz Rear and Motoz Desert HT and it's his favorite combo so far. You can't go wrong with any of the above tires.
We both run the same headlight and its been flawless so far. I had another brand in the 250l and went through 2 of them before I switched. We think the vibration killed them. Hi from London. Great vid, thanks. I’ve got one of these, a 2009, I bought it with most of those mods already done, the previous owner used it on trails, very knobbly tyres and he had it geared WAY low,, 12 front 49 rear sproks No mirrors, no indicators,, I have fixed all that now. I got some more road-oriented rubber on it now and returned to stock (13:43) gearing. I fitted a “Booster Plug” which enriches the mixture and smoothes out the low speed jerkiness. Makes a brilliant town bike. I also got some lowered pegs and a raised seat, fits my lanky 6’4” frame really well now. Luvin’ it !
You should be fine at that height and weight, but the bike has the ability to be lowered a little if needed from factory. I'm 5'11 and right about the same weight and its a great fit so you should be great! Thanks for watching please like and Subscribe for future content!
