What is the organic fertiliser used for removing the bugs from the hibiscus plant.
No Fertilizer is Used to remove any of bugs, Fertilizer is for providing nutrition not for treating pests or insects.
hibiscus plant is attacked by mealybugs commonly, I Made video on Mealybugs step by step treatment, you should check that.

In my place hibiscus has big tree so how can grow it in pot
Hibiscus is a Tree By Nature, if You Put it in ground it will be a Big Tree. But If You Plant it in a Pot, & Keep Repotting It Every Year, it Will be a Plant. It Stays small & grow a Few Blooms.
A Grounded Hibiscus Sometime Produces Thousand Flowers.
