He's saying many people in the northern half of the island are farmers and their crops and livestock are being destroyed. I hope the government will be giving out water since most people get water from the cistern (a large communal tank that captures water).
Caricom needs to call an emergency meeting and decide how many people each islands should accept from St Vincent. This will be a long term recovery from this disaster and should not be delayed. We are one Caribbean people.
