Controls Correction:
Press Z to Enable FlashTime and X to Fast Preception
Only Press M to open Powers Menu

Brother, I have Gta sa PC, install cleo modloader Silent's Patch and add Flash 3.0 mod. If I press Tab+F in the game, it doesn't appear. Press ctrl+F and the menu appears. The chapter menu doesn't appear, only the enemy menu appears, and I can't change the chapter menu, and I can't choose skin. Why?
make sure that your game control buttons are set to default, also try reinstalling this mod on fresh copy of game that has no pervious mods installed

Who tf thinks that "W+SPACE+3" is a nice combination to hold for going fast wth. Should have just made it like the flash mod in GTA V.
