What I find terrible is:
1. Stating “Lousy questions”.
2. He has no idea how her mind works.
3. Letting shame and fear inhibit reason, clear communication and responsibility.
4. Friend: As a doctor not helping out with consult and a rape-kit.
5. Letting the complete destruction of soul and position of an employee happen without stepping in.
6. Being egotistical: preferring downfall of love interest and breakup with boyfriend over truth.
7. Lack of communication at resignation like “I didn’t rape you”, “We didn’t have sex”, “I will never lay a hand on you without your consent”, “your safety and well-being is my priority” and “I’m sorry”.
Watch the whole drama series. He did not rape her. The caption is written by someone who either did not have the patience to see the whole drama or has no understanding of Chinese.
I watched it and I know he didn’t rape her. My comment is about what else he didn’t do or what he should have done after she questioned the actions after she got so drunk that she couldn’t remember.
A very appropriate question because later through his flashbacks is revealed that he took her all over town to find her boyfriend and a place for her to sleep her drunken stupor off.
Please don’t take the fact that he didn’t rape her so factual, because by his actions and passivity he SCREWED her over.
I’m sorry, but a sad look on his beautiful face along a hallway to see her leave his building with a box isn’t redeeming enough for me.
Please look at the aftermath for her. She is treated as a fallen woman even by her friend(s). Her life is hell.
😂 if only they'd make rational decisions in tv shows, they wouldn't be as dramatic though 😅

I think this is the first time I've seen an attempt by a c-drama to treat this type of situation seriously and not have the characters laugh it off. I'm amazed that her friend even mentioned the police.
Really I find this disgusting in most C drama. Why should men take advantage of drunk women and it looks normal? If they were both drunk then maybe it can be understandable. But as long as one party is sober and you are not in a relationship, for me I consider it as rape 😊. It is wrong and should not be normalised in dramas

The above caption is wrong and whoever wrote it did not watch the entire series. The ML did not have sex with her. The clip is very misleading because the poster clearly did not care about putting it into context. The FL learns soon enough that what she thought happened did not happen. The name of the series is "Be Together".

These shows obsess over periods and miscarriages. Things are mis-captioned as rapes that aren't. He didn't date rape her. I haven't even seen the show and I knew that. Drunk, drugged, whatever, a woman may not recall the details but she knows if she has had sex especially repeatedly and/or forcefully. Sex is messy and sticky and sweaty. She would feel roughed up down there. Writers make women look foolish sometimes. I don't think the guilty man would be laughing at her to her face. He would be acting like he didn't know her. I hope she figures it out before she jumps off a bridge or something.
