Clear speaking voice! That was probably the best demonstration I've seen for loading a heavy bike onto the wheel holders that are closest to the vehicle: "Walk the bike to the inside wheel holder." However, the user has to be careful to lean the bike onto the vertical bar. If the bike accidentally gets bumped, it and tilt away from the vertical bar and scratch up the vehicle's paint job! *
Hi Steven, we have an accessory called bike adapter for those situations. It's super easy to use. Check it out here hollywoodracks.com/collections/bike-adapters/products/ba-pro
At 1:45 on this video can you insert the bolt into the back hole allowing for the bike rack to be farther away from your camper? I am having an issue with the handlebars hitting the camper and the only other thing I can do is loosen the handlebars and move them sideways. All I need is an inch or two, I do not want to have to purchase a 7" extension because that might make it not as strong and also cost me another $50 or so for the extender anti-rattle and lock.

I do see that if I do this I then cannot lock the rack in the upward direction, but I am not sure I would be doing this on my camper anyway.
Looks like Hollyood racks says you need to turn your handlebars or purchase the 7" hitch extender ith your key number. Cost 139.00 with shipping!
OMG. That bolt and screw she has to keep removing to reinstall. Please fix that feature.
So…..what your saying is that you want me the king 🤴 to lift a bike 🚲 into a funky rack how dare you I am the king 🤴
