  • This video is based on my trip to Humayun's Tomb in Delhi(हुमायूँ का मकबरा दिल्ली) in which I have discussed about Humayun's Tomb History(हुमायूँ का मक़बरा) as well as Humayun's Tomb architecture features. You must have seen many Humayun's Tomb vlogs but in this Humayun's garden tomb video you not only see the history of Humayun's tomb but you will also see Humayun's Tomb model and Humayun's Tomb drawing by which you can also write Humayun's Tomb essay, by which anyone can know details about Humayun's Tomb delhi. So, lets see Humayun's garden Tomb Delhi through the ages and know about the Humayun's Tomb information. This Humayun Tomb Delhi has a total of 100 graves inside it and the Humayun Tomb nearest metro station is Jor Bagh metro station on Yellow line or The JLN Stadium on the violet line.
Humayun's tomb (Persian: Maqbara-i Humayun) is known to be the tomb of Mughal emperor, Mirza Nasir al-Din Muhammad also known as Humayun situated in Delhi, India. The tomb was built by Humayun's first wife Empress Hamida banu Begum under her patronage in the year 1558, and was designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyas as well his son, Sayyid Muhammad, who were known to be Persian architects chosen by her. It was known to be the first garden-tomb in the Indian subcontinent, and is situated in Nizamuddin East, Delhi, quite close to the Dina-panah Citadel, also called Purana Qila (Old Fort), that Humayun found in the year 1538. It was also known to be the first structure to use red sandstone at such a large scale. The tomb was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 1993, and since then it has undergone huge restoration work, which is fully complete. Besides the main tomb building of Humayun, many smaller monuments are on the way leading up to it, from the main entrance towards the West, including the one which even pre-dates the main tomb itself, by 20 years; it is the known as the tomb complex of Isa Khan Niazi, an Afghan noble in the court of Sher Shah Suri of the Suri dynasty, who fought against the Mughals, built in 1547 CE.
The complex consists of the main tomb of the Emperor Humayun, which has the graves of Empress Bega Begum, Hajji Begum, and also Dara Shikoh, who was the great-great-grandson of Humayun and son of mughal ruler Shah Jahan, and many other subsequent Mughals, including Emperor Jahandar Shah, Farrukhsiyar, Rafi Ul-Darjat, Rafi Ud-Daulat, Muhammad Kam Bakhsh and Alamgir II. It actually represented a leap in Mughal architecture, and together with its accomplished Charbagh garden type tomb garden, typical of Persian gardens, which was never seen before in India, it actually set a precedent for subsequent Mughal architecture. It is known to be a clear departure from the fairly modest tomb of his father, the first Mughal Emperor, Babur, called Bagh-e Babur (Gardens of Babur) situated in Kabul (Afghanistan). Though Humayun was the first Emperor to start the tradition of being buried in a charbagh type paradise garden. Modelled on Gur-e Amir, which was the tomb of his ancestor and Asia's conqueror Timur in Samarkand, it actually created a precedent for all the future Mughal architecture of royal mausolea, which is known to reach its zenith with the Taj Mahal, at Agra.
This site was chosen on the banks of Yamuna River, as it was close to Nizamuddin Dargah, the mausoleum of the popular Sufi saint of Delhi, Nizamuddin Auliya, who was much liked by the rulers of Delhi, and whose residence, Chilla Nizamuddin Auliya is situated just north-east of the tomb. In later Mughal history, the last Mughal Emperor, Bahadur Shah Zafar also took refuge at this tomb, during the Indian Rebellion of 1857, alongwith his three princes, and was captured by Captain Hodson before he was being exiled to Rangoon. At the time of the Slave Dynasty this land was known to be under the 'KiloKheri Fort' which was actually the capital of Sultan Qaiqabad, who was son of Nasiruddin (1268-1287).
The Tombs of Battashewala Complex is situated in the buffer zone of the World Heritage Site of the Humayun Tomb Complex; the two complexes are known to be separated by a small road but enclosed within their own separate compound wall.

Paramatma ko apane figure me Satya ke hona dekho dead man kyoki tum kuchh bhi nahi ho. Tumko ek naam kisi ne rakh Diya hai jab dharti per janam liya tha. Sarir to tumhara nahi hai, sirf naam tumhara hai aur wah naam bhi tera kisi dusre insan ne rakha hai. tum khud permatma ke sarir ke sath hi janam liye ho. Tumsab apane hi permatma ko naam aur Dharm me bandh diya hai. Tum kaun ho jab apane ko khojane lagoge to, tum khud permatma tak pahuch jaoge kyoki yah sarir hi permatma ka sacha sarir hota hai. Tumsab ke sarir ke alawa permatma ka koi dusra sarir nahi hota hai. Tumsab jis samay apane sarir me, apane permatma ko khoj lete ho, us samay se hi tumsab hamesha ke liye jivite ho jate ho. Permatma koi jhuth nahi hain ki wah nirakar honge. Satya wah hota hai hamesha jo aankho se dikhta hai. Jhuth wah hota hai jise tumsab kabhi dekh hi nahi sakte ho. Tumsab ne god ko nirakar banakar khud ko hamesha ke liye god se dur kar diya
