    "purest form of motorsport"
mans never heard of 600cc 2 Stroke Motogp from the 80s

He may not have ever heard of them, because 600cc two strokes didn’t exist in the 80’s. They were all 500cc two strokes. MotoGP indicates the 4 stroke Era. Back then it was just Grand Prix Motorcycle racing.
The idea of purity isn’t being stated on how visceral it is, 500cc GP bikes were certainly ferocious, but on the simplicity of the sport. Pure is the direct connection of the driver to the tire, not through suspension, etc. Obviously the statement is open to opinion and we welcome it, but as bike fanatics ourselves, we agree with Zac on purity.

      Well that’s just like…your opinion…man. 😅
I love all 2 strokes! Raw and brutal. What I meant by “purest” was the ability for MOST to dig deep and be able to compete within the sport. Not a lot of people can imagine spending $40-70k++ on one race weekend in SRO or IMSA. The accessibility to karting is what makes it pure. It is the purest because it has the lowest barriers of entry, which means more talent can rise to be seen. Once you enter the world of money and politics in pro racing, talent is completely overcome by money. That’s not to say the drivers who have funding aren’t talented or doing an amazing job…but most of the true raw talents get pushed back below the surface never to be seen again once it becomes that big of a money game.

@zacandersonracing Have loved following this channel and learning about you as a driver as a result. Content like this makes YT so special. Are you driving a shifter last here?

@@twostorywoodthanks for following along! This whole scene I’m driving a ROK Shifter. 125cc, water-cooled face melter. I train in these machines like it’s the gym. The fitness it gives you as a driver is next level!
