Whiskey In The Jar

Whiskey In The Jar is an old Irish song. The first version, I think, has the original wording. The video footage was shot in the mid 1980's on VHS and is poor quality but the performers were just wonderful. McNally's Bar (Nallo's) on Main Street, Carrickmacross, Ireland is still there and is a a Great Bar.
The Thin Lizzy version has a lot more lyrics. The Mc Cabe Family and Friends are wonderful examples of what Irish Traditional Music is all about.
