Yes! I’ve used both at different times and I think they work well. I am on IUD Mirena birth control, so my flow is really light. I only need thin pads and panty liners at this time. Sometimes I’ll use a panty liner even when I’m not on my period to catch excess discharge to prevent bad odor throughout the day! Hope this helped😊💕
