Personal note: I really wanted to race in this race but I misread the sign up deadline and missed it by a day. Here's to BOTT 2023! Well done to all the paddleboarders who competed! Also, apologies about the audible breathing - I had cycled fast from Isleworth to Kingston just before the start.
