Im pretty sure it’s called a “white noise” backup alarm. We usually use them because they are less annoying and alot less disruptive but they still have the same effect to grab attention. They work really good when you are backing up in a neighborhood or something around normal citizens.

During the crowd operator needs to lift with boom maybe a foot or two and tip bucket down at the same time, ideally keeping the cutting edge roughly in the same place in the pile This will transfer weight to front end adding to traction and keep the tip of bucket under the pile then pull back on bucket as you go into pile This technique will better load the top portion of bucket and you more evenly fill the bucket with less spoil out This guys a total rookie
