hm. not only lilwin ooo. I know a lot of ppl who are not celebrities but are able to settle the family to close the case. but this is life. Everyone should be care ful on the road. this can happen to anyone and depending on which side of the coin you are it can be devastating. a family member of mine accidentally knocked down a kid in a different country. the father of the kid was violent. however he later realised his kid was at fault coz he just cross the road and nothing could be done. my relative was almost lynched at the site of the accident. but the family was settled, but the whole event traumatised my family member. a very careful friend of mine was careless just one day n he knocked down someone. someone has been careless all their lives and never knocked down anyone. this is life. it's just too sad for the little kid whose life was cut short in an avoidable situation. for all parents driving, please let ur kid be at the back with childlock on. I've been strict on this no matter the situation.

Did the police come to mark the place and mark the lanes ? 3. Were there any speed signs with speed limits on the road ? 4. Do any of the cars have dashcams ? If yes , it’s easy to check . If no , check the any cctv can from the near by shops . If they don’t have , then go for eye witness accounts … a country called Ghana in this modern era we don’t do things that will help or support the citizens !!! Let the law take its full course !!
