Thank you for you vids. Good timing. God bless you.
Your info is gold!!
Thanks for the videos bro highly appreciate them a lot of knowledge you share with us thank you 💯💪
Thank you man 🙏 I’ve only used Goof Proof and Glitter so far. Trying Hotsplit next
Good shit bro. Appreciate the gems u drop on all ur vidz. Im trying to save up to start my T Shirt business/brand. I cant wait to get my 1st heat press and box of shirts and get to work!! Imma hit the streets hard. Thx u for all that u do brotha
Good information. Love the wash test videos. PS. This new intro is fire!!!!
I’ve always used goof proof but ima try out that hot split !! 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you. I tested em all when I first started heat pressing a year or so ago. Print, wash, feel, high heat dryer , all of it. Nobody has touched the Versatrans quality to date. Haven’t had a single complaint. It’s expensive but well worth it.
i personally do not like versatrans the feel for me is not what i want to offer any of my customers BUT, thats what makes this shit so dope! everybody has there own personal opinion on what they wanna offer. there is no right or wrong answer. its all about what you wanna press and what you wanna offer. thanks for sharing
Thanks for sharing. What is the feel of Versatrans? Compared to transfer express?
With the fire content
Big Brandoh, I just want to say thank you for giving us all the game and knowledge you have experienced on your journey brother. Like most of us, I have learned so much and it inspires me to keep pushing myself to grow and build on MY new found passion. I too have the Ricotta 16x20 heat press as of recently, can you share with me what settings you are using for Hot Split on your Ricotta? I used the recommended settings from Heat Transfer, 370 at 10 seconds and after a wash test, most of my shirts are experiencing very noticeable peeling. I am pressing on NL 3600's and Gildan G200's. I would appreciate any feedback you can give a brotha. KEEP PUSHING BOUNDARIES FOR YOURSELF BIG DOGG!

Big Brandoh side note, I get the point you are showing the quality of the shirts and transfers after some washes.... I also don't understand why would some ppl wash their shirts with the wrong colors and don't turn them inside out but expect them to be perfect when first bought... If you plan on washing the shirts do it right and then dry hang them... Example all of my street stuff are either taken to the cleaners or washed properly.... You should never blame the blank T shirt as long as it's good quality and properly washed as well as using quality transfer paper like transfer express... Good video bro!
Thanks for this review... so detailed, succinct, good quality videos you're legit/clutch!!🤞🏾💪🏾💪🏾. Do you know if TE gives the option of having the transfers precut to minimize having to cut each one out?
i have no idea. i usually cut them out on my own because usually i gang the shit out of a transfer sheet meaning i usually fill up every inch of that thing hahahaha this one was on the lighter side hahahahaaa
@@BigBrandoh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 you ain't wrong! That makes sense though. Thanks for the response.
Thanks bro for all you do. Any suggestions on best heat press during Black Friday Sales? Looking to purchase one to stop relying on POD Providers.
any press would work! stay within your budget and dont over spend. remember you can always upgrade later. heat press nation is having a dope sale this week. i think heat transfer warehouse doin a big sale next week. follow up with them.
Is Hot Split the same as Hot Split Retro on Transfer Express? Thank you for this video.
Aye what’s up Brando! I ordered some hot split. I love the feel of them. I have a question about the outcome of the images. Once pressed onto the shirts I experienced the fibers of the shirts lifting. Making the image look almost faded. Have you experienced this and what do you suggest?
This is exactly what i need! Theres no way you can tell its a transfer. Even tho i know it is, im convinced it was screen printed.
Does the press work on 100% polyester?
Thanks for the video Brandoh. Is the old company on the list? If so, can you email us the update, so we stop using them also. 🙂
Yo Big Brandoh on the website the transfer is labeled as “hot split retro” is it the same or did the company change it?
So we cant get a A4 sheet and use a cutting machine to cut out our design with this correct? you only send them a design and they print it.
I got a 11 inch big hot split transfers. Having trouble with the edges coming up. You run into issues running bigger graphic hot splits? The smaller hot splits come out okay. It’s the bigger prints I’m having issues getting to stick
how do you get the hot split transfers so crispy and nice? the recommended heat does not work for me. the print peels or becomes crinkly after one wash. I kicked my press up to 385-390 with very firm pressure and the print looks a bit better and held up with just one wash test. I don't feel it has the longevity described though. i want to provide the best quality possible and I'm afraid after 10 washes the customer will be disappointed.
Hey Brando so what do you recommend for more then 2 color design for your brand? Much thanks for all your information you provide also.
hot split is still a good option from Transfer Ex. or Supacolor is another solid option.
Hey bruh, do you have any videos explaining how to avoid the scorch mark box when heat pressing?
adjust your heat. if your scorching a shirt means your burning it. but knowing the difference between scorch marks and press marks are key. scorch marks have a redish/brownish color to them. press marks just have a lighter discoloration. those go away when the shirt cools down. if its not discolored its just visually a flat square cuz the shirt has been ironed in that square.
@@BigBrandoh Got u. Good look! That makes sense. So that’s what I’m seeing, is just the press marks with just the lighter discoloration. I really only see it when I’m doing hoodies.
Would u recommend using goof proof from Transfer Express for 1 and 2 colour designs for a clothing brand?
Brandoh! Do you use these on hoodies too? And how were those wash results
Yo I’m trying your hot split samples and I also have the TE sample and I cannot get it to stay down. I’m doing 375ish for 10 seconds no Teflon sheet and the edges are lifting and I can literally scratch it right off. Idk if to go higher than 375, any advice?
try heavier pressure and maybe bump the heat up some. pre press it to get the moisture out.
👍🏾
Thanks for sharing.. is hot split still your go to for single color transfers..??
Quick question, Do I cut and weed these type? Or print by printer? And if print...is it inkjet or laserjet?
How do I order material from there? Wasn’t able to figure it out.
go to TE.BigBrandoh.com and create an account, select hot split, upload your artwork and select how many you want printed.
Hey Brandoh, how do you gang up on the sheets? Like if i wanted the same design in different sizes on same sheet. Could you help me out with telling me how, my bad if it's a dumb question just don't see how.. thanks in advance
@@BigBrandoh lol oh ok i guess i should have searched that, my bad.. appreciate it either way, keep up the great content
Wondering which company has the best full color gang sheets for Heat press?
Definitely want to look at Transfer Express UltraSoft. Thats what I use... 10 11.5x18 full color gang sheet = $126
Is it best to only do 2 colors with hot split. And how do you feel about Ultra Color Soft ?
i dont know of its best to do that but for me single and double color designs look and feel good with hot split.
@@BigBrandoh ok cool thank you. I just order the ultra color soft transfers just because i have a lot of colors in my design.
First.
That shirt has obviously NOT been washed 20 times!! I didn't trust anything he said after that!!
Dam when did you start doing my laundry? hahahaaaa Since you run my washer machine and dryer, let us know how many times you washed it
I appreciate your dedication to this bro. I'm new to the heat press and heat transfer business and soaking up the game you are giving. Salute
