Wow! Really pleasant music! Love it. I never know that pulsar can track pitch on two sounds. I thought that only snare/bass channel can track pitch. Do you use kick drum channel as a second melodic instrument?
You are welcome. So sorry, but I don't know the exact patch anymore. Basically channel one plays the harmonic part, pitch modulated by the clock divider. Channel 2`s pitch is being modulated by the touch plates into a few attenuators. You can see me playing it manually. Channel 3 is used for sort of a kick drum by self oscillating the filter, and channel 4 acts like a snare/clap. The rhythms were played into the sequencer manually. Pitches and intervals are tuned by ear. Does that help?
hey! i managed to understand how you pitched and played the BD module, and how to make the tone an pitch of the Bass module, but i can't figure out what your routing is with the CV pads and the attenuators and modules next to volume knob :-) if you have any input on that it would be amazing!! thank you very much
@@maximesteiner Well, I don't know exactly, but I think the right CV pad goes into the inverter before the att, because the note sounds lower when pressed. The left one goes directly into an att, I guess. Actually using a Midi keyboard for the bass channel is a lot easier, but who needs Midi and quantisation anyway, right?
#4 is a beautiful melody.
That was certainly eye-opening. Amazing work. thanks!
Thank you
Beautiful! I loved all of this, but Campfire Melancholy and At The Observatory are definitely my favorites
Master of Pulsar.
Thanks so much!
This is lovely!
Thank you!
I really loved all of these! Great job!
Sounds beautiful 🤩
melodic stuff from drum machine! nice work!
Great demo, one of the best I have heard from this machine
So lovely music !!!
Thank you!
Immensely inspiring. Wow!
I didn't know that Pulsar was capable of these awesome melodic sounds too..!
That tabla-ish part was great!

Thank you !
Great demo!
You're the first person that makes me think the Pulsar 23 might be a usable instrument after all :D
Well, it is, if you consider a modular system to be an instrument 😉
Really love this.
Great job, very enjoyable melancholia. On the campfre song, the phaser sound was in the Pulsar?
Thank you, sorry, I forgot to indicate that. It is the Digitech Ventura Vibe on the mono Pulsar out making a little roomy vibe.
@@kapillarkraft9648 Outstanding, instant sub.
