Thank you for sharing this story. I think that this is the story of a lot of Korean women in that generation. My mom came as a nurse from South Korea to Germany in the 70's to make a living and support my grand parents, hardly speaking any German. She had to leave me as a 1 year old in Korea. When I think about all the difficulties our parents had to face, the racism and bullying, it is heartbreaking.
"you never know who is going to give you that little nudge", indeed. I have been going through a very difficult time this week due to very difficult engineering exams and the financial burden that comes with it. this was uplifting to watch and i know like your mom i will get through it. :)

OMG!! I have been watching you for years but for some reason only came upon this video today, 2 years later.

I stopped breathing for just a second, my heart exploded and my tears came streaming out almost instantaneously, at the same time the release was like a trapped
bird, finally able to fly for the first time.
I so need to hear this today!! It broke and healed my heart all at once.
