    Ingredients:
    - 3 cups Sona masuri rice
    - 200g mushrooms, chopped (medium size)
    - 2 large onions, sliced
    - 1 tomato, sliced
    - 5 green chilies
    - 1 small bowl of mint leaves and coriander leaves
    - 1-inch piece of ginger
    - 1 garlic clove, minced
    - 2 tsp curd
    - 2 cloves
    - 1 green cardamom pod
    - 1-inch cinnamon stick
    - 1 bay leaf
    - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 and 1/2 tsp coriander powder
    - 2 tsp grated fresh coconut
    - Salt to taste
    - 5 tablespoons of oil
    - 1 tsp biryani powder
    Instructions:
    1. Blend together coconut, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, and onion into a smooth paste.
    2. Wash the rice and soak it in water for about 30 minutes. Then drain and set aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cloves, cardamom pod, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and sliced onion. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
    4. Add sliced tomato and the blended mixture. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
    5. Add chopped mushrooms to the cooker and cook for a few minutes until they release their water and shrink in size.
    6. Stir in coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, biryani powder, and salt. Mix well.
    7. Add curd to the cooker and mix everything together. Cook for a couple of minutes until the curd is well incorporated.
    8. Add the soaked rice to the cooker and mix gently to coat the rice with the masala.
    9. Pour in 4 and 1/2 glasses of water. Stir gently.
    10. Cook for about 1 whistle.
    11. Once cooked, remove the lid and mix the biryani gently.
