I’m in healthcare, depending how severe the Achilles tear was, 8 months could be long enough to heal, BUT during a punch, the Achilles is physiologically very important in the mechanics. SO, even if “healed” will movement and feel better the same. Because I’m pretty certain, when news of that fat 300 paycheck came up, I’m sure it felt a lot better all of a sudden.

@misterbaron8753 thats a hot little tidbit of knowledge. And how much was he able to train while recovering? If he was completely inactive for say 3 months, say it takes another 2 to ramp back up to his previous condition, that's about 3 months to prep for Poatan. Is that enough?

Hey Kunath, I dint really know who to ask because I don't know anyone into the sport lol But I'm interested in placing small bets one 1 fighter maybe 2 tops on a card every now and again. If this a doable option? I don't wanna make millions just turn a 5$ bet into 15-20 ever now again cuz Ik for a fact who wins half of these lol. I assume I just make an account on draft kings and then the rest should be easy but figured I'd get a little insight before I jump in head first

I have to throw this out there… I know this sounds ridiculous but I want your thoughts on this do you think it’s anywhere possible Cody Brundage sleeps Bo? I mean Bo has all the signs to be upset -2400 favorite, chin hasn’t been tested and is he cocky enough to try and throw hands and maybe get caught? I’m not a fan of Cody by any stretch but it always seems on every card there is a holy shit moment like why didn’t I pick him for a dart. I know it sounds nuts. What are your thoughts. I for some reason see everyone saying Aljo can't take Kattar down because Kattar has solid take down defense and has never been held down. I feel like those stats are extremely misleading given Kattar has not fought anyone who is going to shoot as much as Aljo will. Also Aljo doesn't even have to shoot to get his backpack game going. Kattar has had good take down defense against other strikers. Maybe I'm off but I'm all over Aljo on this card. I plan to be way over the field on him. Definitely my highest exposed fighter in the mid range.
I think most people are low on aljo so that thinking might pay off! I just hope we don’t see aljo sitting on his knees come round 2
@kunathmma Yeah, I may be wrong, and Aljo may just get clipped. I just feel like everybody thinks Kattar can stop the takedowns. I'm just not sold yet, given who he has fought. My ownership on Sterling will be in the 30%-37% area. I've moved all ownership from Bobby Green to Sterling and fading Green. I guess we will see what happens.

I know Oliveira is a popular fighter from a fan perspective and he has scored well on DK more often than not, but in this particular matchup he's going against a relentless wrestler who went to a decision against Islam and was never in danger of being finished in that fight. Charles is always going to be willing to just pull guard and lose minutes (not scoring DK points) and against someone like Arman who almost never gets hurt badly and will chain wrestle until the end of days. I can see why betting Charles Money line because he's the dog, but for DK lineups...at least Single Entry and Cash, I'd rather take Tsarukyan. Huge takedown upside against an opponent willing to give them away.
