Hi! The keyboard at minute 11:28 resembles the Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad in the black version. Apple does not have the black color for the small version of the keyboard, without numeric keypad. What model of keyboard is it?
🐬 My desk setup is with a 14" M1 Pro, some 4K LG monitor, Pluggable Thunderbolt dock that I can also hook up my setup to a Lenovo gaming laptop, a Keychron K3 v2 keyboard, Logitech Mx Master 3S mouse, some Logitech speakers that I'm looking to replace one of these days since I picked up a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface to control studio monitor speakers when I pick them up.
Alright I have zero incentive to say this, but have you heard of the Luna Display from AstroPad? You mentioned having your ipad stand as an alt display and I wasn't sure if you knew there's a super cool product that makes that happen. Definitely worth checking out!
Hi.. when we connect MacBook Pro in any monitor which supports usb type port as well .. but it’s keep charging when we work on it .. due to this MacBook battery life will get affected right .?? Please clarify..
Have to say I agree with you about the Macbook Air M2. Being I spent about 30 years as a SysAdmin working on Unix and Windows servers in IT then later recording got back to Macs , I was one of those who always bought high end computers. I needed a small computer for my piano practice area to replace my iPad (I didn't like). I wanted to try M-series chip so the Macbook Air M2 seems small but should handle my needs in my practice area. I really dig that MBA M2 lots of power for my audio apps, better connectivity than the iPad, and with OSX Ventura and Continuity camera great making videos and online piano lessons. I also find because of its size I take it and use it all over way more then I ever did with the iPad. Old habits die hard so I did bump up the RAM and storage so it's prepared for all my audio and other uses. The MBA M2 is a great little computer. I have my 27" iMac as my desktop computer so I don't have desktop tips the only thing I recommend for how I use it is a good desktop stand that I can adjust height and angle. The stand is aluminum with big opening where the MBA sits. The big opening keep air circulation across the bottom of the MBA so it stays nice and cool. For my music videos I use a regular microphone stand with a boom arm, but got a iPhone holder that swivels and rotates and it makes positioning the iPhone for great overhead shots easy. With OSX Ventura and Continuity camera I don't have to run any cable from my iPhone to the MBA to makes videos. This MBA M2 is really a great tool for all sorts of projects.
Good luck running / finding the docker images you need to do serious development stuff. I have a Silicon MacBook Air and Pro Max .. terrible docker support … I am ending up using my MacBook Pro 16 (Intel) most of the time.
Excellent video here! I really like that adjustable desk. A very clean look all around for how much stuff you actually have there on the desk. God bless.
I wish folks would stop justifying a notch on a laptop! It does not go away and it is always noticeable. Absolute prime reason I will never upgrade my Mac Pro until this abomination is removed. I understand why it must be present on an iPhone, but a laptop?!? No way!
My desk setup uses a M1 Pro MacBook. It’s phenomenal.
where can I get that wallpaper?
Very cool!

Waiting for the 15inch MacBook Air to come out

Love my M2 MBA.... such a good (and good looking) machine!
Any new leaks on the 15 pro/ M3 MacBook Air 15 inch
This set up is great but a reminder of why we need a 27 inch iMac.. laptop and monitor combos are soooooo pricey

How does Apple not verify the educational discount of $100? That is surprising!
I don’t think they care too much since they cap the number of things each Apple ID can buy per year on the EDU site.
I remember when all keyboards were "mechanical keyboards" 😂 👴🏽

Be ware. They did audit my purchase and I had to show proof that me or someone in my family is a teacher or a student K-12 or university college.
That's one dirty looking Air
