The reason your damage was low at the start is because you need stamina to get stronger and level 20
Info on the mod; the reason that ur were damage when you use your ability’s, because in the anime season 1 Deku breaks his bones when he use any one for all move because of the toll it puts on deku’s bones because of the lack of his physical strength

I don't know why your spawn rates were so high, but I don't think you had to kill only villains, you could've killed regular mobs. Mob farms is like the most effective way to level up in this mod, (unless it's updated since then where you can only get xp through killing villains). But that's probably why leveling up took a while.
