Zenith circle of sound

a quick dirty video of my 1969 zenith circle of sound made to test my iphone camera. there was another video of my silvertone medalist that i didn't post which is why i keep referencing a video before this

i have no idea unfortunately. i have quite a few of the re seal records and i cant get a good view of the label

duke duckett hey man i have the exact system as this and I'm thinking its beginning to need a new belt. Sometimes on heavier records (180 gram) itll drop the record and the motor will start slipping and the record won't turn. How do I find a belt and how do you put it on?

if i remember correctly ( yes i know its a year later) this has a idler instead of a belt. to access it there is a white rubber o ring in the center of the platter around the base of the center spindle remove that and pull up. idler has probably gone hard which can be fixed in quite a few ways which you should be able to find online

Awesome! It's also developed an annoying habit where it doesn't detect the first record dropping. it's like it thinks it's the last record and will just switch off at the first of the stack

thats the lever sticking for the over arm it senses the last record by if the over arm is down all the way sounds like your in need of a good lubing

I don’t have the machine anymore but you pull the needle switch knob off and it comes out the bottom
